  • Lightweight tripod with solid performance
Size: Complete Tripod 72" Aluminum Color: Black Gold Upgrade
Lightweight inexpensive tripod with solid performance. Folds up small and opens tall enough to shoot with. Surprisingly stable I recommend it 100 percent

  • Sturdy and versatile
This tripod has been an excellent addition to my gear. It's compatible with my Canon EOS RP, and the quick twisting mechanism makes setup a breeze. Once attached, the tripod feels incredibly solid, providing a stable base for both photography and videography. The multiple height adjustments are perfect for capturing a variety of shots, and the ability to shoot in both upright and angled positions adds a lot of versatility. I also appreciate the built-in level, which makes balancing the camera much easier, ensuring that my shots are perfectly aligned every time. The tilt function is another great feature, allowing for smooth transitions and different angles when shooting. Overall, this tripod offers sturdy performance and adaptability for all my shooting needs. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable tripod for their camera. ... show more

  • Great Tripod for Amateur Bird Photography
The media could not be loaded. I bought this tripod for two main reasons: (1) my old "Targus" brand tripod was falling apart, and (2) I wanted less shaky video when shooting with a telephoto lens. I specifically wanted a tripod that would allow me to easily pan in all directions somewhat smoothly. I know that ball heads are not designed to shoot video, but I figured I would give it a shot. This tripod is surprisingly good at delivering smooth video when panning using the ball head. This seems like a no-brainer, but I have also had much less trouble with motion blur when shooting at low shutter speeds (1/30-1/100), and panning is easy enough that I can use the tripod to take pictures of moving subjects without a problem. I have included a video of a Northern Waterthrush hopping around, looking for food, shot with this tripod. I did not use the separate panning feature of this tripod for panning; I only used the ball head. I use a Nikon D3200 with a vintage Nikkor 300mm f4.5 lens. This setup weighs about 4lb. Other than one occasion where one of the legs slipped a little (probably mostly due to me putting some of my weight on it), this tripod holds the weight well. I do not like leaving the camera on the tripod unattended as the ball head has a tendency to loosen up and allow the camera to fall into the downward position. The tripod is solid. The ball tension knob provides pretty good control of the drag on the ball. The flip locks for the legs are quite easy to operate. For me, this tripod was absolutely worth the ~$90 I paid for it. I'm happy! ... show more

  • Instructions continue to be a challenge
First of all, the product seems to be a decent entry level tripod. It's sufficiently sturdy and adjustable. Calling this a professional tripod however is a stretch. But once again, I am baffled that it seems to be so difficult to write usable instructions for a product. To be fair, my Chinese is pretty bad, but I wouldn't make an attempt to write product instructions for use in China. I would hire someone who speaks and writes Chinese to do so. K&F should take heed and do the same for instructions written in English. Some of the instructions are downright incorrect. For example, when it comes to locking the legs is says, "the locking knob clockwise rotate 1/4 to 1/2 circle..." the problem is, this tripod uses levers to lock the legs not knobs. So this "Feet pipe extension" step is completely wrong for this model. Then there is this sentence which I still have no idea what it means. "Do not away form the people when use in the public area." And the ever important "Please operate carefully in the dangerous places." Finally, they have invented a new term "anti-folded". I thought this meant the same as "unfolded" but I now think it means to fold the legs up rather than down. Not exactly sure though as this is not a term you normally see associated with a tripod. When you manufacture and sell tens of thousands of tripods it seems like a very small effort to come up with a readable instruction sheet in the language where your product is marketed. ... show more

  • Great tripod and great customer service
I ordered this tripod in March of 2023, and I love it. It's a sturdy and reliable tripod that has served me well. I really like all of its features. It's lightweight, compact, and I love how it doesn't hinder me from getting any shot I need from any angle. Can't beat all of these features for its price. However, over a year later, a screw that controls the horizontal swiveling became stripped, and I couldn't get it back in place. But I contacted the company's customer service, and they were amazing. They responded quickly and sent me a new head for the tripod. I'm very satisfied with both the product and the outstanding service I received. Highly recommend! ... show more
