UPDATE: I was able to flex the smaller handle bar to go on the outside of the base plate which gave a nice tight fit. My 12k winch fit the mounting holes perfectly. Mounting the fairlead was a little tight and I had to move the winch back a little using the play in the mounting holes. There was also plenty of room to allow either bolt mounting for the arms with the nuts out or on the inside. having the handles on here made connecting the winch a lot easier since I could roll it over and easily move the winch around. I am giving it 5 stars now because I really like this winch cradle! I think I was just overly worried since there were no directions and this was my first time with this size winch and cradle. I would recommend. Original: Good price and delivered fast. This is my first Winch cradle and the first part of my review. The gauge metal is nice and thick and all the welds look great! My first concern was if there was enough room for the holes to line up for the hitch pin and it mounted fine. The 2" seemed a little undersized but is fine. There were no directions but I think its pretty self explanatory and easy to assemble. My biggest issue/concern is the difference in size and shape of the two handle bars. I dont understand why they are different shapes. The ad pictures show it that way so it is by design. The two widths are different though by a material thickness or about 1/4 inch. The wider one can be flexed a bit so its sits outside the winch plate. The shorter one can be stretched as well but looks like it might be better to mount with one side on the inner plate and one side on the outer plate. This will take up quite a bit of room on the inside of the plate due to the bolt head and the thickness of the handle bar. I will update once my winch is on here and what I think is the best handle bar mounting.

First, this is a solidly built piece that should be able to withstand the weight load of your winch. The welds are substantial and solid. There is a reinforcement piece tying the main part to the part that goes in the hitch, where this would have been your fail point without it. Gauge of the metal is better than my aftermarket bumper! All hardware was included. No instructions, but you really don't need any. The offset handle shape is a bit weird at first look, but it does help center the balance once you have a winch on it. I knocked off one star for someone that could have taken just an extra minute in packing to keep mine from having the paint all scratched and banged up. This was the companies internal packing, not something AZ did. It was boxed inside a box. The pieces come wrapped in bubble wrap, which is fine and should be sufficient. However, if they'd have just taken and extra couple seconds and taped up the end of that bubble wrap, one of my handles would not have come out of it in shipping and banged all around the package and the other pieces, piercing their bubble wrap and putting dings on them, and some fairly good scratches down to the bare metal on the piece that was banging around. It also caused one of the mounting flanges on that loose handle to bend just enough I had to put substantial force on it to get it to fit over the metal it had to bold to. In the end, nothing you can quickly fix with a little black paint from a rattle can, and doesn't take away at all from the work this piece can do. But this is a new piece, and this could have been easily avoided with a little tape on the bubble wrap to secure it in place, and I shouldn't have to touch up paint a new piece. All that said, I'd still buy another one if I needed it. But I hope they read this review and make a minor adjustment to prevent that for anyone else in the future.

Its made well but disappointed it didn't come with the rollers in the front, also no instructions or paperwork so not clear what it was supposed to come with. in all I needed so didn't return. had to buy the front attachment separately. disappointed.
