Putting this together is a job for two people for sure. This pantry is beautiful, but get someone to help you build it. Building it by myself was so hard. Its large and sturdy, it has ample space and fits perfectly in my home. I love it! It was just very hard to assemble. The directions are mostly clear for pictures, but always double check your work. I love this cupboard! It’s so pretty and spacious. It was easy to put together. About 2 1/2 hours. Directions are good. Really need two people to put it together. This was really worth the money.

The original cabinet arrived with cracked side panels due to package handling during shipment. The instructions for assembling this cabinet are pretty clear and easy to follow. I am about halfway through and had to stop to comment that after the four hex and two regular screws to attach the top I am surprised there is no similar structure for the bottom. I stood the cabinet up and shook it. The bottom isn't as sturdy with only cam lock and the future drawer insertion as its base. I believe I am going to reinforce this on the bottom with some metal 90° brackets. Also, the part # 6 is assembled wrong at the factory. The cam locks ended up on the outside vs. the inside as the assembly illustrates. I think this is relying on physics to secure the 4 slide in back papers, because the piece in the center is not attached to anything, instead resting on/holding each panel with grooves. One dowel hole was damaged in packing or transit It is definitely all fiber and paste board. Heavy container. I am sure the FedEx guy was like r u serious. Very attractive piece *Edit* the final part of assemble was installing screw and plastic chocks to the back 5 panels and this shored up the cabinet. It is stable, but I do recommend using the straps for the wall to prevent tip over and possible serious injury to yourself of children. The screws for the door hinges are delicate, so if you use a drill to screw in the dozens of little black screws, be careful and know one might break...the instructions do say not to use power tools. My wrist just can't handle all that rotation, so I took a chance. The company is very nice and attentive and they will make it right if you are not satisfied!!! ... show more
