Impressive ease of use and quiet. The only part I would complain about is when I run my machine all night lol and it disconnects after completing the project. It is compact and quick. Noticed there is shaking in the Printing of letters. Free to use on phone but you have to buy a Program for $99 to use on a computer. You do get a free 30-day trial but added to cost of the Printer in honesty. If I would have known about the extra added fee with the Program I would have chosen a different Printer. Instructions are limited with the Printer, and you do have to use some guess work. Centering the Print on smaller objects like Dogs Tags is tricky at best. Give it a 3.5 star overall.

This came well packaged and intact. The software is free to use which is a huge bonus. The directions are easy to understand. This was my first time using a laser engraver ever, and once i read through everything, and watched a few tutorials on similar units, I finally got the hang of it. It engraves perfectly, and isn't noisy. Be sure to use in a ventilated area. So far it has been working perfectly for wood pieces like ornaments and magnets. The impression is crisp, I like it a lot. It seems like a good value for the price when comparing to other units.

This 5000mW laser engraver has been a welcome surprise. It punches well above its weight class, delivering crisp, detailed results on materials like wood and leather—ideal for small projects. Its compact size and quiet operation make it perfect for a home workspace. Be prepared for a bit of a learning curve during setup; the instructions are minimal and it requires some trial and error to get the settings dialed in. However, once calibrated, it performs beautifully. It's clearly not built for industrial use, but it's an excellent tool for hobbyists.

Very difficult to get this system to run off of my phone, so I set it up on the laptop and it needs a paid app to get full functionality. Have not had much success in getting items cut or designed and recently returned some basswood as the entire process to log in and get setup and functional is simply not as easy as it should be. Speed seems average for the system and quality of laser image is ok but nothing super small has been tried due to the complexity of setup.
