I ordered this bed for a guest room I am setting up. I love the headboard with the extra shelf for sitting things at night. I can even put a small lamp there. The bed was simply awful to put together. It was very time consuming and frustrating. My husband and I were pretty fed up with it right off the bat. Once we did finally get it together, it is a very sturdy, nice looking bed. The materials of the headboard and footboard aren’t the best. But as long as we don’t put something wet on them, they should be fine. The frame is sturdy. We added a thin box spring to deaden the noise of the metal. Without the box spring, the bed creaked every time we sat on the memory foam mattress. So, a 6” box spring and a 6” memory foam mattress worked well on this. Overall, I like how this bed looks. But I probably wouldn’t order it again simply because the assembly is awful.

This Twin Size Bed Frame is reasonable for the price. It was simple to put together, and the wooden headboard and foot board provide a great touch to the design. However, the metal slats should be stronger because there is some noise and squeaking when moving around on the bed.

The price is right, for use - my bunk was 20-30 bucks more than this unit, and I don't have shelves. My daughter called and asked if her and the grandkids could move in, so I started getting beds. The design of this one is super cool; I almost want to put this one up for me. The shelves are the teaser for me, but I can put a shelf on mine quite easily, and I have the grey barnwood look going on for my "theme" if I have one, I've not gotten all matchy-matchy by choice near so much as it just seems to be finding me. The simulated oak on this one sure is pretty though! I've only opened the box and given it a look over, and inventory the parts and pieces, then closed and sealed the box back - it is that tempting to swap. It's a dad/daughter thing, she deserves the nicer one anyway. Who knows, she may prefer a hammock and put the granddaughter on this, whatever's clever - I don't care, just so everyone has a cozy place to sleep. This is the exact same assembly as my back is, so I already know how easy it goes together - and apart, I just had to disconnect the headboard to move it, the rest remains together, and it isn't too heavy or awkward to handle either. I've got a bunkbed set 'stored' in the front yard serving as a tool rack and potting area, so I'm just short 1 more - although I do have a few hammocks, and 1 of those may even take up less space and could be put out the way during the day - who knows, whatever the kids want - within reason. Knowing my luck, I've gotten an extra bunk that no one is going to use, them coming out isn't a certainty. Oh well, it wouldn't be like getting stuck with it, it'll resell easy enough if need be.

When it is done it looks very nice...but...it is ridiculously difficult to assemble. Hundreds of tiny bits, like plastic caps, and allen bolts in multiple sizes. Very time consuming. The *most* exasperating part is trying to fit the mattress supports into both side rails at the same time. Each support has a plastic cap on each end that "fits" into a hole cut into the side rail. If they fit easily into the holes it would be much easier, but it is difficult to slide the cap into the side rails, so when you get one side done, the other size is the stuff of nightmares. After a few attempts, and it being nearly midnight after I started the assembly at 10PM, I literally set it aside so I could sleep and come back to it later. If you have the patience of a saint...go for it, but there are other designs *much* easier to assemble.

This frame's body is made with good metal which is weightless and super durable. Installation is very sumple and there is no need of any screws to set up the frame. There is a lot of storage space under this frame which you can fit you extra stuff as well. Sadly, the Headboard got destroye since it's made with cheap materials while shipping.
