I bought a pair of these Justin boots 16 years ago in Wyoming, I wore them for 13 years but ruined them when I jumped into a 3 foot deep retention pond and sank in the muck to help a driver who was run off the road, I could never get the muck stink out of the boots after that, tried every internet trick, sadly had to throw them out, I bought a less expensive pair of Ariat boots to save $, I kept looking at these on Amazon but never pulled the trigger. I finally said heck with it $ and bought the Justin boots I've missed so much, arrived today, super comfy and great fit. I'll be 66 on Monday the 16th and have been wearing boots all my life. These Justin boots are my all time favorite. Never had I ever had sentimental attachments to any footwear or clothing like I had with my last Justin especially since they were in cowboy Wyoming. I wanted something that I could wear as a true work boot. These are just about too nice to get dirty. I took one star for being a little tight for 2E, but I would give it a 4.5 if I could. They are comfortable, and while I wore them around the house trying them out, I found they were going to be a little warmer than I had hoped, but what did I expect from a pair of boots, right. The cushioning is great, and the heal is very stable. I wish I had gone with a waterproof pair now that I have gotten these, but that is not a design issue, just not good decision making on my part. ... show more
