I'm a relatively recent convert to using beard shampoo, conditioner, and oil. I'm still not convinced that the conditioner or oil is really doing all that much for my beard, but I'm using them. I tried this out; it was a good price. I didn't think I'd mind the Oatmeal scent, but over time, it has become more and more unpleasant to me; I really enjoy the Sandalwood scent, and this scent has become off-putting. I'll be glad when it is used up. If they have other scents, I may try the brand again. This says it can be used every other day, and I'm more-or-less following it; I used it Sun, Tue, Wed, and Fri. I also use beard oil after getting out of the shower. So, as I write this, it's a Wed before showing, and my beard feels dry and scratchy, and I used this and beard oil less than 24 hours ago.

Better than all the other beard balms I tried for the following reasons: - scentless (very faint fresh clean scent, if anything) - easy to apply (cream) - shapes the beard and tames unruly strands - no residue, no flakes, no sticking The only complaint I have is the price and the small size of the jar, but it’s in line with competing products that don’t work anywhere near as well, so... The only beard product in my subscribe & save list.

Scent is good and it works to soften the beard. The cap distributed is garbage. Takes forever to get anything out of it. We are guys, we get up and need to be out the door in 20 min. Feels like I spend that time waiting forever it to drip out of the bottle. Especially when it’s cold.

I give it 5 stars simply for the fact that it does exactly what it is supposed to do. It's nothing fancy, mild but pleasant fragrance and works well with the whole product line. The only gripe I would have with it would be with the tubes it comes in. More for the wash than the conditioner but, these products are slightly thinner than others I've used so, putting them in a tube that rests on it's cap can make it a little messy.

I like this beard conditioner a lot. It has made my beard much softer and more manageable. I do think the scent (not bad by any means) could be better. Sometimes this leaves my beard a little tacky, and I don’t know why... probably just used a tiny bit too much on those days?
