Dont buy this crap. Its way too expensive and did not work well. I only got two cups of coffee out of it. The next day turned on wouldnt brew and automatically shut off. I bought a different maker and does so much more for half the price of this junk.

Pricey but it is a Jura. My second one and first one (Ena 8) still working great after 2 years. This one is like an Ena 8 but simpler and without milk drinks. OK for me as I drink my coffee black, but my guests might be disappointed! Two months on, and it is working fine.

I previously owned a Jura E8, which I had to repair a few times, but it always made great coffee. I recently purchased the Jura ENA 4, and it worked well for about a month before it stopped dispensing coffee. Occasionally, after several attempts, I can get one cup, but it's very inconsistent. I ran the cleaning cycle, but it didn't solve the issue. Unfortunately, the 30-day return period has passed, and Amazon support couldn't assist me. I've tried contacting Jura support every day for the past week with no success. Now, I'm stuck with a $1,000 machine that doesn't work, with no support and no help with the warranty. It seems my only option is to open the machine and try to repair it myself, which would void the warranty. But at this point, what's the point of having a warranty if you can't even reach Jura support? Bottom line: It's a decent coffee machine, but it's expensive, and the lack of support is frustrating. This is a good coffee machine. it makes good enough coffee if you're too lazy to do the manual thing. It can't compare to the coffee you get from a coffee place made with a 5k machine but it just calm the itch if you're in need of caffeine. When it comes to value I don't know what to think. I just had a Cafe affetto coffee machine which is 280 dollar and I feel that the coffee from that machine is almost the same quality of this Jura. I don't think 3 times the price makes a 3 times better coffee. It's just not the case. So if you ask me I'd recommend having the Cafe affetto thing cause is the most value IMO. ... show more
