AFTER RETURNING THIS COMPUTER, IN CONTACT WITH JUMPER, IT TURNS OUT THAT THIS COMPUTER HAS A MINI HDMI PORT LABELED SIMPLY HD THAT NONE OF US FOUND. AND THAT MINI HDMI WAS NOT IN THE SPECS. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE HEARD OF A MINI HDMI AT FIRST I was pleased. I found the computer had no HDMI socket. No problem, I ordered a USB to HDMI adapter. That does not work on this computer. Or does a USB "c" to HDMI. On arrival I could not get the card into the SD slot. Finally succeeded but it won't read and I can't get it out. The problem is, I didn't find out that this computer will not work with any LCD projector until after my return date on Amazon! I had other knowledgeable techs could not connect this laptop to second screen or LCD. I hope Amazon or Jumper will allow me to put the money into a Dell - which over the years has NEVER disappointed me.

This laptop is very easy to set up,you must remember to connect the power charging cord on,the connection port is on left second hole,do not plug into the right ,because they are looks similar!It is very lightweight,portable ,the size is a little bigger than iPad Air ,the screen is clear ,not touchscreen,the keyboard is easy to press!So far so good.perfect for elementary school kids!

Figured I would give it a try even though the reviews were sketchy. Well the reviews were correct. It did work, but a bit on the slow side. then it locked up for no apparent reason. I need a reliable laptop for 3D modeling. I went with a refurb HP.

My laptop is 11 years old. My wife bought this for my Christmas gift! Never heard the name but all the details are amazing compared with my IMac and HP. I’ve been using this laptop for two weeks, and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and build quality.

This has been horrible I’ve had it one day the dust time I get on it after charging properly an setting up. Within 2 hours it was almost completely dead down to 9%, I was simply doing homework. This is a computer that has extra everything so that it’s not an issue to have more data on there. It works with Microsoft, which is compatible with my school, but it still has so many blocks of other programs I need that it said it had. Very disappointed! Not worth 1,000!!!

This computer has a lot of problems. I just wanted to use it for school and the mouse pad just keeps spazzing out and freezes, the speakers are horrible.
