The media could not be loaded. Just recently purchased this tablet and it is a great all-purpose laptop/tablet. This is great for doing work, casually gaming, or browsing the web. I also like the sound quality... Audio can be a hit or miss on consumer electronics like this, but the sound quality is nice and clear. The touchscreen is responsive, and the overall performance is good thanks to the 12GB RAM. The features are smooth, and it is light and compact, I am satisfied with this purchase.

I was on the hunt for a small, portable laptop/tablet combo that I could easily slip into my backpack for plane trips. Most of the options out there were Android, which simply wouldn't cut it for me since I needed something that could run Windows 11 for both work and entertainment. This device absolutely nails it! It has plenty of hard drive space for all my files, the screen is bright and clear, and it's incredibly fast and responsive. The detachable keyboard is a good size, and I particularly appreciate the satisfying tactile feel of the keys. Some other detachable keyboards feel flimsy and don't really offer any sort of "feedback" when you type, so this was a huge positive for me. The included case is quite sturdy. I used it last night while in bed to surf the web a bit and then watch some netflix just to test it out. If you're looking for a powerful and portable Windows 11 solution, look no further! I was quite surprised and what they squeezed into a small package like this.

I originally buy this laptop for my son to go to school and I end up keeping it for myself. It's light weight and size is perfect, make it easy to carry. It has front and back Cameras, they are very high quality, looks very clear when I telecommute. The memory is huge that I don't think I need to worry about running out of space. The speed is super fast too. I look so professional with this laptop in the office. Very happy with my purchase.

I’ve been using the Jumper EZpad V12 Pro for over a week now, and it’s honestly been a pleasant surprise given its price and specs. The 12-inch touchscreen is vibrant and sharp, making everyday tasks like browsing, reading, and watching videos a lot more enjoyable than I expected. I primarily use it in laptop mode with the detachable magnetic keyboard, which snaps on securely and types decently well, though the keys feel a bit shallow. The installed processor and RAM handle multitasking surprisingly well—I can keep 20+ Chrome tabs open without any noticeable lag. The SSD drive provides plenty of space for my files, and I appreciate the extra TF slot if I ever want to expand. It runs Windows 11 smoothly, and most apps open quickly without issue. I was initially unsure about the dual stereo speakers, but they’re actually loud and clear enough for casual streaming or video calls. The anti-glare screen coating really helps when I'm using it near windows or outdoors. Battery life isn’t incredible, but it gets me through 4-5 hours of regular use, which is fine for my needs. The build is lightweight but doesn't feel too fragile—great for travel or tossing in a backpack. I like that it has USB-C ports, which gives me more flexibility for charging and connecting accessories. The dual cameras are good for video calls, but nothing amazing—about what you’d expect at this level. It boots up quickly, resumes from sleep without delay, and hasn’t crashed or frozen once. Surprisingly fast and smooth for the price! Handles tons of tabs with no lag, and display is really nice and crisp. Super lightweight, great for travel, and I love that it comes with a keyboard. Great value!

I was honestly skeptical about this product because I have another product from the same company that did not live up to my expectations however this one did because it was easy to use and easy to set up and as a laptop it is not as slow as the older one. The size is very much on the smaller side and I would not expect to play games on this device easily so keep your expectations low from a gaming standpoint. But from a productivity standpoint for schooling and note taking I think it's absolutely perfect because it's so portable. The screen quality did surprise me, there is a little bit of light bleeding onto the screen but at this price point I don't expect too much. Lastly the battery did surprise me because the standby mode keeps battery for a long time and usage is range depending on what you're doing and I've had a total of up to 8 hours before.
