My wife had a Dell computer that was running at the speed an old computer with a dial-up connection to AOL would run...if not slower. I liked the features this PC offered and thought about getting it for her birthday but was back and forth on it.     • Great laptop for the price
I wanted a home laptop to use for basic tasks - Google docs and spreadsheets - and for occasional printing and this was a great deal. I like the screen size and weight as I usually sit on the couch to use. The sound isn't the best but that is not a big deal to me.

THIS LAPTOP IS FAST AND HAS GREAT FEATURES, It has a full 16'' screen,16GB, 512GB of ram and I can add more. The screen resoultion is awesome, I can multi screen easy, speakers are good, wifi and bluetooth is easy to find with no issue and has not dropped wifi, the wifi range is great. The customer support is great, due to I had a issue they resopned and help me fix a issue I over saw , dumb me. I am a huge dell guy due to thats what all my programs are on. i and going to but another one for work . ... show more

    • I Have Mixed Feelings
I have mixed feelings about this laptop. It locked up a couple of time and I had to completely reset it. This morning when I hit the power button it simply didn't come on. I had to hold the power button down until it reset. I'm really not satisfied with this laptop. The best part of it is the black keys with white lettering. The name is "Jumper 16". In restrospect, I wish I had ordered an HP 17" insad. Maybe it will grow on me, but at this point I'm not very satisfied with it. As always, "Let the Buyer Beware." Today I switched back to my 17" HP Laptop. Too many things do not work the same way on the Jogger 16 than the HP. For instance I use an Amateur Radio application called CQ100. I just had a lot trouble with using it. The only sound would come out of the speaker and couldn't get it to come out the usb porty. I probably could get it running some time but I've just had it with this laptop. I put it back in the box and stored it away. I should have boutht a new HP instead. Oh well, a lesson learned. ... show more

I replaced my old Asus laptop with this one. This exceeds my expectations! Great value for the features it has and the screen quality is awesome! It was easy to get set up and synced right up to my other devices I highly recommend this laptop!

    • Nice laptop! no DVD player
good computer so far. no dvd drive though, easy set up, nice keyboard which I thought was supposed to be back lit but can't find the button. There is no stand alond home or end button, you must press shift first then home or end. I am enjoying this laptop very much.

Excellent basic laptop which provides everything I need for home use. Provides enough processing power and memory to keep me working for many years without an upgrade. The 16" format is enough screen space for all my programs. Didn't break the bank to get everything I need in home office laptop.
