I’m so in love with my laptop!! The fingerprint scanner needs to be closer to the end or the ability to scan in another location on it should be an option, but not having to remember passwords is a big plus for me!! When I first received it when I folded it to tablet the screen was flashing but has now stopped so I’m pretty happy bout that . Baby works like a pro and the memory is awesome, the battery life isn’t as good as it says after an hour of use. It doesn’t overheat after being on it for long periods and the keyboard is really quiet. The sound quality is great, the 16’’ display never disappoints! I love working on it and being able to watch movies on it also a plus cause I just never know when I might wanna watch. It’s very durable in size and all!! Even though I did have problems with it at first I still rate it 5 stars!!

When I unpacked this laptop, I could not believe how heavy it is. I was looking for something a little smaller than my current laptop, and the convertible style was a huge plus. But this laptop is WAY heavier than any laptop I've owned. I use my laptop on my lap, not on a table or desk, and this thing is way too heavy to be comfortable on my lap. And I can't use it in the tablet-mode, because it's too heavy to hold that way. Some of the keys wouldn't work, and when using the touch screen, the screen kept going black, before popping back on again. It did this over and over again. This thing is just a disaster from the word go. I'm returning it.

I've had this tablet now for about a week and I really love it. My goal was to use it to read sheet music while playing my digital piano. The tablet was so easy to set up - I just attached it to my old tablet and it copied all the apps and files over. The screen is sharp and easy to read and works great for reading my sheet music. See the pics below. The tablet is thin and easy to use. And I have all of my other apps so I don't need to take my old tablet along for any reason. The reason I did not give this tablet 5 stars was because the screen seems to get scratched easily. I have barely used it except to set it up and carry it down to the piano stand and back up to my office. You can see the scratches on the pic below. I don't know if the tablet came with them, but I did not notice them until recently. I think it would have been nice if the tablet came with a tablet holder like the one I got with my Samsung. I did order one, but it will not show up for several weeks. I also bought a PC laptop 2 in 1 for the same chore but that did not work well. Turning the screen back and forth was difficult and often caused buttons to be pushed that I did not want pushed. It was also very hard to get the sheet music on the screen to stay vertical and I had to constantly change the settings in the software. Also, the laptop overheated when placed in a laptop bag. If you are looking for a large screen to do something like viewing sheet music, you have few choices, especially if you want it to be at least resonably portable. The other large tablets that I looked at ran ancient Android versions and even finding a large screen 2 in 1 PC laptop was difficult. That is one of the reasons this tablet is a great solution, since it is running Anroid 15. A few other gripes about the tablet is that the touch screen can be a bit "touchy," compared to my old Samsung tablet. Dragging icons, for example, sometimes took several tries to get them to the right place. And I have not found out, as yet, how to get the time to be on a 12 rather than a 24 hour schedule. All in all, I am very pleased with the purchase and highly recommend this tablet.
