Delivery driver left very heavy box in driveway and I had to get it up 3 steps and in the house. Comes in 2 boxes. Learn from my mistakes: 1. No tools needed 2. PUT SIDES ON FIRST 3. If you put only one side on first, connect the electrical bits and recline back so you can slide side piece in. 4. The electrical bits are tucked in under the chair. 5. Two things plug in near the motor. 6. There are other cords and I’m not sure what they are for but I’m going to guess audio/video? Patient says is comfortable and is delighted with the cup holders and 4 pockets. Massage feature is lame-just buzzes, isn’t even close to what you’d find at the nail salon or the airport or gym. Weak sauce. Overall, we were in a jam and $400 brand new and “delivered” is still pretty darn good.

Doesn't lean back enough for sleep. Comfortable chair with good vibration and very good assist for standing up. Delivery was a disaster, chair was late by Amazon estimate but early by tracking info. Chair was dropped on the driveway with no attempt to let us know (only needed to knock or ring the doorbell). We were at home with door open. box was to heavy for a disabled man and woman to lift, and to big to go through 36" door. Unpacking outside was required and getting up three steps to front door was very hard. Getting it upstairs (15 stairs) to final destination nearly killed us both. There has to be a better way to get it here.

I brought this, after back surgery. The price was great for the quality and value. I like having the remotes, as opposed to buttons on the side. The vibrations and heat is an added bonus. It fits just right for me. I am 5'7 and 200 pounds. It might be too small for bigger people. It's not roomy enough to sleep the night in.

Looked at this chair in a local store and the price was $750 + $99 delivered! Definitely well worth the purchase! Pros: 1. Heat massager works great. Many cycles to choose from on controller. 2. Chair is pretty comfortable and the lift works like its supposed to. Cons: 1. Seat cushion is not completely even ( I may have done it myself by sitting closer to one side) 2. Heat massager controls are very hard to read and I need a flashlight to see them. 3. Lift is pretty slow but I understand it would work just fine for a very elderly person. 4. Wish chair had a control to lift seat higher for longer legged people (sitting for a longer length of time can make your legs feel uncomfortable unless you use the leg lift. 5. Wish there was an extra control button just to lift chair for exit assist. The one button works both to lower your legs and lift the chair which makes it a little difficult to just set chair back to normal position without the chair beginning to lift. Overall, I would purchase this chair again :)
