The shed assembled easily but is not 10 by 10. It’s about 7 inches short of that. So our base sticks out a bit from each side. If you know what you’re doing and you have a good base to assemble it on, it’s not a bad shed for the price.

Be aware that you have to pay for shipment if you ate not happy with this purchace and this item is 200 pound. So don't buy it if you are not 100pl percent sure you want to keep it.

If you follow the instructions, you will have no problem putting it together however, I wish I had hired someone to do it as it is super hot here in Texas. I have enough storage to store the stuff. Overall pretty sturdy. Directions are clear. Arrived somewhat damaged, which is likely the shippers fault but also could have been packaged better. The overall dimensions are not 121” wide, it’s actually 110”. I built my floor to the stated dimensions so now I need to add drip rail where the plywood is hanging out 5” on each side. They also sent (3) WSA3 and (1) W3A when it should have been two of each. So I’ll begin the customer service process and see how that goes then update further ... show more
