Juki quilt machine are very nice independent. Order this Juki from this website on Amazon. I had to call them about a defect in the machine. They told me they could not do nothing for me that I had to buy. A new one will never use this company ever again. So we talked to Amazon they handled it great . Never have a problem with Amazon. So we went to juki junkie to order another one they are really reliable and easy to return and get new parts if necessary. ... show more

It seems like a great machine, but came with a defect. I returned it and bought from a local supplier. Amazon handled the return very conveniently.
