Features 8
- [Magnetic Modular Rear System — One Strap, Two Ways to Play] Snap on and swap between two specialized rear modules in seconds with secure magnetic buckles. Use the standard module for upright gaming sessions, or switch to the silicone mesh band for relaxed VR on the sofa, in a chair, or in bed — no tools needed.
- [Lying-Down Mode — No Bulky Hardware Pressing Your Head] Swap in the soft silicone mesh rear band and lean back comfortably on your sofa, chair, or bed. The size-adjustment knob is moved to the right side, eliminating the bulky hardware that digs into your head on standard straps — while keeping quick, precise fit adjustment so the band adapts to your head shape.
- [Multi-Adjust Mechanism for Your Personal Fit] Three ways to dial in your fit: slide the side buttons to fine-tune the eye-to-lens distance and bring out your personal optimal FOV; rotate the halo to adjust how the forehead support sits against your head; and rotate the rear band to set the angle at which the rear pad cups the back of your head. Every head is different — this strap is built to adapt to yours, not the other way around.
- [Open-Face Friendly] The CMQ3 V2 Comfort Mod enables open-face mode with no pressure on the cheeks at all. This design is much cooler, prevents lens fogging, and is fully glasses-friendly. If you use the Globular Cluster F3 magnetic facial interface (sold separately), it is even better, as you can easily swap between the open-face mode and the normal facial pad mode.
- [Hot-Swappable Magnetic Forehead Pad System] The magnetic adapter lets you swap forehead pads tool-free in seconds, so every family member or friend can have their own dedicated pad — fresh and personal, every time. Switch between materials for different seasons or comfort preferences, all locked in with a secure, instant-snap fit.
- [Multi-Material Pad Set — 3 Forehead Pads + 3 Rear Pads Included] Forehead pads come in two materials: two sweat-absorbing, washable fabric pads and one sweatproof PU leather pad that wipes clean easily. Three quick-swappable rear pads include PU leather foam, fabric foam, and a non-slip honeycomb silicone pad that adds grip and stability — especially helpful for users with long hair during active play. Mix and match by season, session intensity, or user.
- [Multi-Battery Solutions for Extended Gameplay and Comfort] Choose the setup that suits you: use the included adapter for Anker 5000mAh (22.5W) power bank (power bank sold separately) to achieve better front-to-rear weight balance, or opt for the Globular Cluster 10000mAh magnetic battery for higher capacity (sold separately). Prefer a lighter feel? Simply keep the power bank in your pocket. (Note: Power banks/batteries sold separately; one bracket adapter for Anker 5000mAh 22.5W power bank is included.)
- [Modular Design & Future-Ready Upgradability] The strap features a versatile modular design. Customize your setup by adding battery, headphone, or facial interface modules — and when you move on to future devices, keep the core components and simply pick up the adapter parts for the new hardware. A design made for long-term compatibility and lasting value.

Best headstrap for Quest
Feels and looks high quality. Very comfortable and a lot of options to use different materials depending on the type of game you are playing or if you are just watching a movie. Easy to attach and swap out the different attachments and materials - click and release, ,slidable, magnetic or Velcro. Lots of adjustment possible so you can get the right fit for your head and lift the headset weight off the face - with the stock strap my cheeks hurt after an hour or so. The ability to swap the back attachment for a strap is a super plus if you want to wear it on the sofa or lie down. I also like that the additional battery is not in-built as this means I can buy extra and keep swapping so I can keep playing and also do not need to worry if the in-built battery has a problem. Stays securely in place while playing.

The Ultimate Head Strap for both VRChat and Beat Saber!
If you are looking for a single head strap that can handle two completely different VR styles, this is the perfect choice.I used to think I had to compromise between stability and comfort, but this product perfectly solves that issue by allowing you to easily swap between two types of rear bands. For VRChat (Reclining & Chilling): The mesh-type rear band is incredibly comfortable and perfect for lying down or relaxing. For Beat Saber (Exercise/Active Games): The dial-type rear band holds the HMD firmly in place, so it won’t budge even during intense workouts.Switching between them is a breeze and takes just one quick action. I am absolutely loving it and so glad I bought it. Highly recommended for any Meta Quest 3/3S user!

Fantastic comfort and versatility
I love how many interchangeable modules this strap includes. The fabric piece and silicone flap are especially great because they let me watch movies or do meditation sessions while lying down without a bulky piece pressing into the back of my head. It’s comfortable, easy to adjust, and a huge upgrade for my Quest 3. Five stars. Also they have exceptional customer service!

Just right
Comfortable, customisable, versatile. Everything you could want from a headstrap. The flat strap is perfect for lying down or even sitting in a large chair or couch and leaning back.

Easily Recommended
Very happy with my purchase. The modular system makes it super easy to swap from hardcore game mode to a chill movie night. My initial interested in it was for watching movies while lying down. Exceeded expectations. Easily recommended.

Excellent
I am absolutely delighted with the CMQ3 V2. The flat strap is fantastic to use when reclining in my armchair, and can easily be changed to include the larger rear pad and battery for when you are standing and moving around. Globular Cluster have really put a lot of thought into the CMQ3 V2, and they have included so many different pads and options which makes it a extremely comprehensive package

Quality and Comfort
Wow! Being new to VR, i did a good bit of research on what to expect. The most overwhelming advice was the need to upgrade the comfort of the headset. So I began my search in the "halo" category and had my eye on a cpl of the popular headset upgrades out there... but fortunatly before my purchase, i found a video on this product. Both the concept and the obvious thought put into CMQ3 V2 along with the brilliance behind the F3 V3 interface blew me away! The choice was obvious and after recieving these products, i experienced the unusal feeling of being even more impressed! The sheer effort used to produce this type of quality and comfort, in such a highly competitive field, is actually quite amazing. As a newbie and still getting use to the VR life, I would not typically write a review but this was an exceptional upgrade! Highly recommended
