This machine is a step up from my brother machine. The operation isn't difficult. The only issue I had were remembering where the presser foot handle was located. Which is at the back of the machine. The other was the tension dial being at the front of the machine. When I received the package the box was punctured. I was also concerned this machine may have been returned by a previous user because it seemed a bit dirty in places. Otherwise it seems to work properly. Will have to update later ... show more
