I made a Teddybear out of this for my son. It came out so soft and nice. He loved it. I am not used to using chenille yarn so maybe this is what all of them are like, but it did break easily with any kind of pulling. Seems strong enough once knit into a fabric, though! The fibers only pulled off the center string when I tried to thread it onto a darning needle; otherwise, it held up well to knitting. ... show more

I found I just could not work with this yarn, perhaps if you mix it with another yarn? Its so thin and velvety I cannot feel it.,, very slippery. I was trying to make creatures with it. I had to send it back.
