After turning on, I was able to move the massaging fingers to the desired location through the use of the two front arm slings. Far better than the hand massager where you can’t reach certain areas of your back. You are able to move the massaging fingers around to the desired location by yourself without having someone else reaching those hard to get locations. Because you put your arms on it, you can control the pressure and move it around on your back and neck. Cover can be easily removed for cleaning. I really good and efficient massager.

The media could not be loaded. This JQX neck and back massager is an easy way to relieve muscle knots and tension. It is made for the back but it also works on your legs or feet, which is an added bonus. It is USB rechargeable which is a plus and it means that it is portable. I had purchased another one of these that was corded and it makes me appreciate the portability of this model. It has easy to access controls with an automatic shut off. It has 5 speeds and also allows you to reverse the direction of the massage. You can easily change the intensity of the massage by pulling the device down with your hands. I personally like a deep tissue massage. I would highly recommend this JQX massager, your sore spots will be helped so much.

Was able to use it until it died(two sessions with whatever battery level it arrived with) but was defective and wouldn't charge. Also has a little bit of a weird smell to it. Works well otherwise if you don't receive a defective product.

My daughter gave it to me for Christmas. I used it for about 45 minutes. Plugged it in to charge it, unplugged it and the inside of the charging port pulled off, completely broken. It worked great though for those 45 minutes, hence the 2 stars.
