The media could not be loaded. I've had this a little over 2 years, and it's been fantastic. It was packaged and shipped very well, and has given me no problems so far. I also really love the JPT LP-E laser source in this unit. It is a great middle ground between the cheaper Q-switched lasers, and the more expensive MOPA lasers. It can do some color on specific materials, and has no problem deep engraving. If you have the right material you can even get a nice holographic effect as seen in the attached picture. ... show more

We bought this machine to engrave parts instead of tying up a 4-axis CNC machine to do the same thing. The laser is more versatile and does amazing quality work and you never have to worry about breaking a carbide bit! The seller was very responsive and easy to deal with. Great product and great customer service! We weren’t sure how to use some of the features of the rotary program and Julia was very helpful in making sure everything was working for us.
