Update: Like a few others have mentioned through reviews before, the customer service of this seller is phenomenal. They really wanted to get to the root of the issue to make sure they’re advertising a correct product for the buyer and prevent issues in the future. Upgraded from 2 to 4 stars due to the great customer service they displayed. The idea of this product is great, execution, not so much. I purchased as a Christmas gift to myself. Finally got the chance to use it as the mountain snow melted enough to get to the campground. I was not impressed with this tent. According to the chart on the products page, the 6.5’ tent is good for a GMC with a 6.6’ bed. This is simply untrue. You either leave space in the back for water and critters to get between the bed and tent, or run the risk of completely snapping the front tent pole because it can’t set up outside the bed by the tailgate. While trying to get it to work, one of the tie down straps ripped right off the tent as well due to poor sewing. Not impressed with this product. ... show more

This tent is awesome! It took only a couple of minutes to set up and kept the wind and light rain out. It’s perfectly fit for my Chevy and is so compact you can keep it under your seat. I highly recommend a truck bed air mattress as well. It was the most comfortable camping set up I have ever used.

This tent is nice to use about 5 or 6 times. It will eventually break down. Strings will snap and it does leak water, even using water proof spray. Get yourself a more durable tent.

At first try in my driveway I thought this isn't bad. I sealed the seams as recommended. Took down once dry. Tricky to fold and get it back in the bag. Bag could be a little larger. No one ever folds a tent back to factory tight. Now on my first camp out was securing tent to the truck and the front corner strap let go. Not sewn very well. Wouldn't buy again or recommended. Set up directions not very informative and take down and fold to pack directions are non existent. Amazon promptly refunded my money. Then a couple weeks later I got an email from the tent company wanting to send a replacement. I replied that I would try it. They promptly sent out a new one at no charge. Unfortunately I don't have any available time to get out between now and when the snow and cold get here. So it'll have to wait until spring now. I'm getting too old and not able to handle a cold weather camp anymore (I use to love winter camping, once upon a time). I do like the fact that the company stood behind its product to the point of sending a replacement so I upped the rating a bit. I'll update again once I get to use the tent. ... show more
