  • A very solid toy, well-engineered and relatively easy to transform
Transformer toys in general have really improved since the original toy line of the 1980’s, and this one is a prime example. It’s big, of course, well-designed and well-engineered with attention to detail, solid, and can withstand a lot of use. Its durability is very important for Transformer toys, since of course they’re meant to be transformed over and over again. What I also like about this model is the fact that everything is self-contained, at least in robot form. That makes storing and transporting the toy very straightforward with a lesser chance of little parts getting lost. Of course, my six-year-old son can’t appreciate all of that. He just thinks a giant robot that fits the lore is so cool. ... show more

  • Fantastic Looking Figure.
This is a beautiful rendition of Omega Supreme. He looks fantastic, and this figure does the character justice. he is large, and bulky, but not clumsy looking. He comes in a windowless box, so the only way to see him is to open him up. Which you should do anyway so you can admire the awesomeness. He comes 95% assembled out of the box. You just have to install his tracks on him to his back to give him that complete look. He is a decent size. I attached pictures of him next to the other titan class figures. This is a great addition, and I would highly recommend it to any TF fan. Now to find room for Unicron! ... show more

  • Purchase for my collection
When I purchased this collectible, it was going for $149, it was the beginning of my obsession in collecting transformers figures. Since then I have added another 90 to my collection and have several more on pre-order. It bring back so many memories of my childhood. Memories of my father taking me to toys stores, working his hardest to give his children the best in life. Always looking for the one figure I wanted the most. Omega. Now I have him. Don’t pay anything higher than 220. These third-party sellers are out to rip you off. Keep looking I’m sure hasbro will do a reissue on him. He’s so popular. ... show more

  • Pretty Awesome, if Overpriced
I can't believe how long it took to get Omega Supreme in a modern wave of Transformers! This toy is SIZEABLE, a few inches taller than my Combiner Wars Devastator. The robot mode is imposing, and the base mode is a great centerpiece for a display. The rocket is over 2' tall and looks awesome! I'm rating this 4/5 because I think it's a little over-priced, and there are some issues that shouldn't be there at this price point. What issues? - Tank mode: The turret can't rotate because it's formed by smashing a turret barrel into Omega's face. It doesn't look great. Also, the tank treads hang off the sides of the track, so that also looks somewhat goofy. - Robot mode: Minor nitpicks, but I don't like the translucent plastic in the claw (it's not G1 accurate and translucent plastic goes brittle sometimes). I would've liked an option to turn the eyes blue. Also, one of the knee joints on mine was WAY stiffer than the other. As in, "I thought I was going to break it" stiff. - Accessories: Again, for the price, I'd like 2-3 more micromasters. Throwing in just the one feels cheap, and it sucks I have to buy more just to make the base mode look populated. I don't think it'd be unreasonable to expect double the explosive effects pieces, either. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy with my purchase, but it's priced $40 over what it should cost. I'd go 5/5 if a few of my complaints were addressed OR this only cost $120-ish. As a fan of the original G1 toy, I'm very pleased to have this in my collection. ... show more
