My newest rescue, Penny, isn’t used to wearing a collar with a tag that makes noise and kept trying to chew her tag or Bruce’s (the other pup). This was the best solution. Colors are vibrant and the reflective thread was a huge plus. I ordered the red and teal colors. Both collars seem well-made and the tags seem pretty sturdy. They both have 15” necks not accounting wiggle room which put them between a medium and large. I got them larges, just in case, and they fit well. I do not use these collars to walk them with so it’s ok that they’re a little big. My only complaint is Bruce’s name isn’t as prominent as Penny’s. Yes, I could’ve removed the “Mr.” but my nieces/nephews call him Mr. Bruce. The text underneath could’ve been smaller like Penny's to give proper hierarchy but it’s honestly not that big of a deal. Overall, I’m very happy!

We are very happy with this collar. Made very sturdy, stylish and functional. Reflective threat and has padding for the neck. Customized name plate in line prevents tag getting stuck.

Overall, this is a good product with 1 important caveat: If ANY of the last 3 lines have close to 20 characters, ALL of those lines will have very small print. My initial order had phone numbers in lines 2 & 3 (12 characters with dashes) and a 20 character address in line 4. All of those lines were printed in the same tiny, compressed font which was very hard to read – even hard for a stranger trying to read it on a dog excited to be making a new friend. The seller was very helpful resolving the issue. It was very readable after changing the address line with “Call or Text” (12 characters). Also, the tag is much shinier than shown and completely flat so the reflections make it even harder to see and the collar is too stiff to conform to the neck of a smaller dog. You can address both issues by bending it into a gentle curve, but be careful not push on the weak points near the slots at ends of the plate Otherwise, the collar seems reasonably well made. The ID plate is far enough away from the D ring to avoid getting scratched by any other tags attached to it. The reflective accents are nice but limited to a pair of threads that run the length of the collar. It’s too soon to judge durability, and I’m not sure if the neoprene lining makes it more comfortable around a furry dog’s neck or if it will just be a soggy, sandy mess after going to the beach. At this price point, I’m not too worried about replacing it in the future.

There are some reviews about the tags falling off or the words rubbing off. That’s nonsense. They are etched, it’s not written in sharpie, it can’t rub off. We’ve used these for a few years on 4 dogs now and never had a tag come off. I’ve got dogs that love to roam in the forest, and no branch or bush has ever caused a tag to come off. They look great. They have matching leashes so we like that to match the leash to the dog. They are durable. They are easy to read. We put only the dog name and 2 cell numbers on each tag. If you start listing your full mailing address then the text is going to be small. The best part, no jingling in the middle of the night to wake you when your dog gets an itch!!!
