We've skied on O'briens for many years, in fact, I still ski on a 72" World Team Comp...still going strong. These are very well constructed and love the color scheme. Really wanted to try the boots vs. the traditional type with the sliders. These are GREAT! They fit everyone who has used them without any issue at all. Received feedback from family members that they were easy to get up on and control both as doubles and slalom. We are also not a fan of the plastic or nylon fin and were particularly conscious of how fragile they appear especially after paying a couple of hundred bucks for good skis. I will be p!ssed if one of the fins snap, particularly since my World Team Comp still has it's aluminum fin intact after 30 years....may have to replace the boot though as it has lasted far longer than ever expected. Aluminum fin would have gotten these skis a 5-Star feedback.

Product arrived early and in good shape. Skis look great and ski okay for a beginner set. The bindings feel secure for teaching beginners which is the reason I purchased these skis. The bindings are much better than the old floppy bindings you used to get on combo skis but when fully loose are not too difficult to still drop a ski. The skis were not as quick and had a little more drag than I had hoped but my expectations may be too high since I usually ski on a high performance slalom ski. My adult friends seam to enjoy skiing on them. Don't know about longevity of the product since we've only used them a few times.

The skis are very nice, good quality. The structure of the boots is a bit more difficult for easy on/off entry. A boot with an upright lip and some strings to tighten would work better. Skis were delivered damaged by carrier. Was only minor damage so they were still usable but packaging needs to be improved. For the value I have a piece of the topside acrylic now missing and had to put some watersealant material on it to keep from damaging the base

The rear fin which I really use for digging in and cutting is a cheap piece of plastic. The first time someone skis up to the beach and hits a rock it's going to break. I will update this feedback if my opinion changes... Okay, we went skiing. I raised the review to 4 stars because the boy and I really liked the skis. However, still not a fan of the plastic fin, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.

Finger holes in back bindings broke on both skis. Other than that itโs a good set of beginner skis for larger people. The skis are a bit too big for smaller people, and the footholes can also be too wide.

New to water skiing and these have been great for us. Easy to get up on plane and plenty of maneuverability for moving across the wake. Boots are comfortable and we find them easy to adjust. Arrived with no damage and we are pleased with the purchase.
