My 8yo son needed just a little help to put this bike together. He loves it, especially the little bell! He said "Pluto and I are already best friends!" It comes with a little multi-tool, which I caught him using to loosen the bike seat - adjusting to a higher setting, and re-tightened himself! I received the 18 in for my 5 1/2 yr old grandson. Although it’s well made and sturdy, the handle bar adjustment is maxed out and is less than his 16 in handlebars! A waste of money!

When the box arrived, it was badly damaged with a big hole in the center. Had some worries and debated, but decided to wait for Christmas eve as it looked like it was just some cosmetic damage to the frame. When we opened it to assemble it, it had everything in it, but the front brakes didn't clamp all the way. Once we got the tires aired up and gave the front wheel a spin, it wobbles back and forth scraping the front brakes. My son isn't getting the bike he wanted for Christmas. Absolute waste and ruined his big gift for Christmas! We're sending it back and getting a refund. There's more wrong with this bike then just the huge gash so can't rule out Fedex being fully to blame on this bike. Buy at your own risk! ... show more
