I did most of the assembly myself. It fit our 12 x 12 patio slab perfectly. It withstood our first bad windy storm with very little wiggle. Our neighbor lost there pergola due to not securing it. That's a must. I secured ours with some 2 x 4 would and a cinder block on each leg. We plan on pouring more slab and then anchor it then. The umbrella under is my wife's way of using both. Happy wife, Happy life. We really are pleased with the results. Will certainly buy another when pour more cement.

Purchased this because it was a lot less than most out there and figured I would give it a try. We put the top portion together, but realized the fabric canopy was not cut correctly. I reached out to the seller and they were fast and courteous at replying. They mailed us out a new one and it fit much better. Just a note, buy some grommets for the canopy holes to save it from ripping. Also, the cover is not water proof which it didn't claim to be, but it does block the sun. Overall, we are happy with this pergola/canopy

Well built but it is actually a 10’x10’ measurement. They actually provide measurements from the top furthest points which is a bit misleading. The directions were helpful, the mesh top allows for sunlight through so you’ll need to add something if you want more shading and we needed to add a canvas over the top.

This product has been a great decision. Very heavy and sturdy. We are wondering what we will do when the tarp tears….it’s windy here! The frame seems strong enough to place some Trex on top the frame to still offer shade….but for now, the tarps are waterproof and a great quality for the money.
