Overall, this chair is pretty great for what it’s meant for—gaming, obvi. The colour is awesome and just what I wanted to coordinate with my set-up all while staying in a decent, reasonable price point compared to a higher-end gaming chair. If you want a cute, pink gaming chair that is adjustable and adorable all while staying at a practical price, this may be your winner! Here are my major wins for this chair: 1) It matches perfectly! The colour is amazing and it matches the pictures on Amazon perfectly. 2) The adjustable back and seat are AMAZING! I have full ability to go from laying down to sitting up at any angle I need for my sitting position. The seat also has a good range of height depending on the height level of your desk, if it’s at a desk. 3) The head pillow is amazingly squishy soft and I love it. I have mine up higher around the actual head of the chair due to how I sit and I haven’t had any issues or discomfort with it. The lumbar pillow could be a little softer for me but that’s all personal preference as I have shoulder and back issues so I usually wind up finding my own pillow to replace them with anyways so I’m sure it’s a great pillow just like the head one. 4) The price point won me over with this chair and I’m not mad at all. I know in the future, I’ll upgrade to a higher quality chair but this is an amazing one to either start with or if you need a replacement chair that is more reasonable. Now, onto the very few things I’ve encountered that are my reasoning for knocking off that fifth star because it was pretty close to being perfect. 1) The right side armrest is wobbly on my chair no matter what. We’ve removed it and put it back on in a few different positions to see if that fixes the issue but alas, unfortunately no. It’s not a huge deal because it still sits at the correct level for my arm but with the left arm rest not having any issues, I know it specifically must be something with the armrest on my chair on that side. 2) The comfort level is pretty perfect for shorter length sessions, but when I have done a few sessions where I’m there for more than a few hours, I do need a pillow and/or blankets to set on the seat of the chair to stay comfy(I know, I know… I shouldn’t be sitting in a chair and not moving for hours on end but I know most y’all understand if you’re looking for a gaming chair). 3) If you’re putting the chair on carpet, I highly recommend a rug that isn’t fluffy/puffy/furry/etc. and is just a flat rug or a plastic floor mat. The wheels work just fine on my hard floors but it’s a struggle moving it on the carpet without standing up and physically moving it. All in all, this chair is great and does exactly what it needs to do and the minor adjustments I’ve had to make on my own for the sake of 3+ hour comfort wouldn't deter me from purchasing this chair just because the price makes it worth it in my opinion. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The color on this sick! The white and sky blue faux leather are slick. It’s soft, but easy to clean. If you’re looking for something different that stands out form the traditional dark tones chairs-this is it. This didn’t take long to assemble and it came with all the tools to do it. The hardware package had all the pieces separated. The hardware wasn’t labeled to coordinate with the instructions, but I was able to figure out which screws were what based on the measurements on the bill of materials page. The instructions were simple with pictures. Not too much could go wrong as long as pay attention to the length of the screws. The padded arms are fixed, but move with the chair when I recline and sit up. They don’t have any adjustable components that make them twist and slide. I like this because then my arms are stable when I’m gaming and the arms are moving unexpectedly underneath me. The recline position can be locked in place at any point. The gas lift makes it easy to adjust so that I can sit under my desk too. The lumbar pillow and the neck pillow are removable, but have straps to attach them as well, so they stay put. ... show more

    • Back T shaped frame on back already can’t hold up chair to sit back in after 2 months

I had wanted a new cheap gaming chair and I guess I got what I asked for. Not even 2 months have gone by the back support for the chair to sit back has completely weakened to the point the chair doesn’t even sit upright anymore. I’ve tried to retighten the screws with the provided allen wrenches but with no success. The chair physically does not hold the T shaped support well enough and ultimately fails overtime. DO NOT lean back with your full body into the chair. You will have to just sit up straight. The support is way too poorly made for full back support. Luckily, I purchased the insurance plan so this isn’t the end of the world. Just be careful with this one, oh and theres no customer support website either. ((UPDATE)) Joyfly has kindly reached out to me to help mitigate the issues I had with the chair. A new chair would’ve been the ideal replacement but regardless they were kind enough to help and understand my situation. 3/5 for customer service, and the chair is comfortable just be careful. ... show more

Easy to assemble despite having a very bare bones and basic manual. Sit very high which I like. Only taking a star off because, at least with mine, the right arm in particular is extremely wobbly even after trying to fix it multiple times

Well packed easy to assemble. You will drop the Allen wrench many times when trying to put the arms on. The bolts I got had been stuck together so tight I had to take a flat head screw driver and hammer to tap them apart. Also I have about 3 screws/bolts that never tightened and it wasn’t from over turning they just never would tighten so I don’t know if it’s the bolts fault for stripping because they were adhered together in the package or if the receptacle for the bolt was stripped. This makes me leary how long this arms and back will jhold out because the bolts just spin. And we carefully aligned everything properly- no forcing was done at any moment. The ears are simply a dollar store gimmick-a headband if you will- and the bows came off as they are merely hot glued on. The tail is attached to the chair and the bow is glued upside down unless you want the tail bent down on the floor. The chair has a gas pneumatic handle to increase/decrease the height a bit and a tension knob but if you want to rock you cannot tighten the tension. This is for an 11 year old so time will tell how it holds up. Weight won’t be a problem but I can only give 2-3 stars at this point because we did have some issues ... show more
