This is a very unique fountain with a beautiful spinning and lit ball on the top. Comes well protected and is fairly easy to assemble - you just put the light ring over the hose inside and hook the hose to the fountain motor. It is very beautiful - the lights project onto the ball which spins as water flows under it. BUT if you are looking for sound of water falling - this isn't the one you want. It is nearly silent. I love this on my desk - so calming...

The media could not be loaded. I really love this fountain! It is small enough to fit on my desk, and I can enjoy the calming water sounds all day! It was super easy to put together; although the instructions did not show where to put the light, but we figured out it goes underneath the fountain part, stuck up in the hole where the ball will sit on the outside. The light changes quickly and the water flows quickly. My only complaint is that to turn it on and off you have to unplug it, there is no switch.

I've added distilled water to this fountain and got it set up with the hopes of getting the marble to spin. It will spin if I give it a kick with my finger but it stops spinning after a while. There's also something blocking the LED lighting from fully illuminating the marble. I have a similar fountain where the LED light can go almost all the way to the top. This one has some feature in the plaster that gets in the way so the light is blocked very far down. I've tried adjusting the pump and can't get enough water flow to make the ball spin. There is plenty of water coming down to the point that it makes pleasant sounds and keeps me entertained. It is very nice looking fountain. I have had to add water to it after only 2 days. It's fairly humid here and I wasn't thinking it would evaporate that fast. It's not like it's out in the sun.
