Initially had some issues with the delivery, package was delayed for like 10 days. Was stuck at the warehouse and was given no updates as to way, so this was very frustrating. After about 8 days they told me I could cancel and order a replacement. So I did this and the replacement actually arrived really quickly. Then when I received the package, the brackets and nails were missing from the box, and I was very very upset. Luckily, the seller responded quickly, was very helpful and send me the missing pieces inmediately. So, while I did have to wait and encountered some issues, I'm glad I did not end up cancelling the order because these blinds are GREAT. They roll down very nicely, setup was easy, did it myself (120lb, skinny but strong) They look beautiful, very nice material. They work perfectly, and provide the perfect amount of shade. Would highly recommend!

These shades look great. They completely block our the light which is important in our living room on extra bright sunny days in the summer. The fabric also covers the headrail at the top enhancing the overall look. The vertical alignment is slightly off but but barely noticeable on one of the shades but that could also be because of the installation.

I have these on multiple windows and multiple sizes and they are high quality and work well. It took me a minute to get used to how to operate them because the old fashioned style when I was growing up you had to pull on it a little bit activate it to close up. These ones you just have to kind of push them up. But once you get used to that it works well. My only complaint is that the sides do fray a little bit. Overall excellent quality and I would definitely recommend them.

These look like a heavy duty roller shade, but that's about it. I ordered these to replace cheap IKEA shades I had because we got new windows and trim. I wanted to mount on the outside of the window - ie, on the trim. That would never be room darkening because of how far out the shades stick from the bracket alone. I decided to then mount them on the wall above the window trim, thinking it would then be closer to the window and be more blackout. Wrong again. As you can see in my photos, these stick out way too far for them ever to be blackout, even if inside mounted. And you'd need a super deep window of like 4"+ to do that, and even then, these don't hang well. They tend to drift out from the window. I also ordered white and it's more like a light beige color. I really wanted to like these but they don't function as advertised and they look rather cheap and wavy when they are extended. I am returning them all.
