In my house, I am the one that hangs all the blinds, curtains. This shade was very difficult, the end that fits (opposite the chain side) is very loose. When you go to hang the shade, the end pops out and you get to start all over again, after you get off the stool to pick it up. Miserable to hang. Ordered this to create a blackout shade in my new baby’s room. As things go with a new baby, I couldn’t open it and install it right away. I trusted that my product arrived OK, and that was my mistake. Once I took it out of the box, the product packaging was beat up, the instructions looked old and yellow, and the parts have clearly been used. I’m past my return window so I’m going to try to install it, but given the fact that someone else has used this and returned it I doubt it’s going to work out well.
