I went with this since it was much more affordable compared to the other options on Amazon and I'm glad I did. It was very easy to install. I think the "L" shaped installation brackets that came with this are a better design than the straight brackets that came with a different brand of blinds I purchased in the past. It provides multiple installation options and you can even install them without much measurement work since they can be snugged up against any 90 degree angle and the blinds will be in the correct position. Quality is comparable to the more expensive ones on Amazon. The only real difference that I could tell was that the spring strength is just enough to leave the blind in whatever position you set it at. In other words, it will not automatically go back up so you'll need to push it upwards if you want to retract it. I actually prefer this design since you don't have to deal with pulling it down before it can retract, which can be finicky.

It's decent quality, but you simply cannot lift to open. It doesn't seem to be spring loaded. Because of this, when it's down and you want to open it, you have to grab the sides of this and shimmy it until it's up. You cannot simply grab the bottom and pull up to open. My fear is that by having to grab the sides in 5+ different spots, it will get dirty over time on those sides. Make it spring loaded and it would be so much better.
