It does pretty good at keeping water out. But it should be advertised as a 9' 11" x 9' 11". It works, but I can't Imagine it lasting too long because of how tight it is stretched.

If you could even find a original Coleman replacement top, it would cost almost as much as the entire package. Top, frame with wheeled carry bag. The tops only last 2, eight week summers, before the sun takes its toll. I gave this off brand a try. I was very pleased with the quality and fit that matched the original Coleman for way less than half the price. Frankly it's only a 10x10' piece of nylon fabric with velcro attachments. This replacement canopy was easy to put on my frame. Fits well and the fabric feels thicker than what I had. I'm hoping this lasts longer than one season. I love the vents on the peak of the canopy.

Smaller than represented. Does not fit all the way onto my 10x10 frame. Too tight. Also the vents are screened and bugs get stuck inside.

It is a bit tight and a little challenging to get on the Coleman 10x10 instant canopy but can be done. Fabric seems stronger than the original Coleman fabric. I’m happy with it and love the sky blue color.
