Have had 5 or 6 10 x 10 Crown Shades ....love 'em. 2 up 6 months a year in the back yard. Canopies wear out ....the supposed "Crown Shades" replacement is too big and the corner velcro is way too short to attach and no Crown Shades Logo on it....

I bought the 10x10 in 2023 but wasn’t able to open and install it until last week (June 2024). When I finally did, I discovered I had ordered the wrong size. I contacted the seller, and they were incredibly gracious, offering a replacement even though it was a year later. They shipped it for free and made my day. I’ve never had such a great customer experience on Amazon or anywhere else. They now have a loyal customer because their product is fantastic—much steadier and thicker than the original I had. This product was very good quality, seemed very sturdy and sun reflective. However it was the wrong size. We ordered a 10 x 10 replacement cover for our straight leg frame and received a 12 x 12 cover. It is being returned.
