So many are critical of these pants, but they're wonderful for the price! They are lightweight, comfortable, and vibrantly colored just like the pictures. I am 5'3" 145-150 pounds and 61 years old and ordered the L-XL, and I love them. Loose fitting, flattering and fun, they seem like they will be good for short or tall people. For the price they're awesome. If you don't plan on hand washing and hanging dry, DON'T order them. They need a little care when laundering. Very happy with these! ... show more

The overall style is good and comfortable. Fabric is a bit thin and not super soft, though its reasonably skin friendly and should be cool for summer- not sure it would hold up well over time. However my main complaint is that the color is not at all as pictured- looks more teal/aqua in picture, and like there is some green to print (what I was hoping for)- but what I received is definitely blues with some yellow in design, not at all what I expected based on photos). I purchased this Joob Joob pant in 'Turquoise' and it was lovely. Fit great and the fabric was soft and comfortable. So I purchased another in "Aqua Blue" because it was so pretty in the photo. Boy was I disappointed! The fabric is still pretty, but it is thicker and stiffer than the first one I bought. I double checked and both say they are 100 percent rayon. I laid the two pants out and the Turquoise was about four inches tighter through the elastic waist and at least two inches shorter from the crotch to the top of the waist band! I will return this one and maybe I'll buy it again in a different color and see if the fit is better. I started wearing these pants when the pandemic started. Working from home I needed comfortable clothes. These did the trick. These Joop Joops are WONDERFUL! I am 63, 5'0" and 165 (yeah, damn pandemic) and the XL fit great. The fabric is 100% rayon. It feels light, airy, and wonderful. Great on my skin. I hand wash, hang dry & they come out fantastic. They dry fast on my clothesline in the summer and clothes rack in the winter. Cool in the summer heat. Elastic high waist and elastic at ankles. The elastic waistline hides a ton of sins. One pocket on right leg. Size chart is reliable. They are not stretchy in any way, but after wearing them for a while, they do stretch out. I see many reviews say that they are see through...I do not find that. But I order the multi-colored ones. I would think the white ones would be more see-through then the colored one. IMHO These pants are made ethically in Thailand under strict Fair Trade regulations. I ordered the turquoise & the pattern is gorgeous but it is not really turquoise … more of a teal, still a beautiful color. I also got the white sand one + 2 others. I wear with a tank top and because I still work from home, I wear these year round. I have order these in the past and will continue to order them. ... show more

I usually don't take the time to write a review, and with all the things I buy on Amazon, I should be paid to take the time to do so! Hah But with all the reviews saying these were too thin, not soft, not true-to-size, fell apart, etc....I have to chime in. They fit perfectly! They are the perfect weight for summer! How can anyone "see through" with the complicated, bold pattern all over these? You'll probably never need to wash them, for that same reason, because I can't think of any spill that would even show on such a bold and multicolored print. They are beautiful like you see online! They stretch at the waist so if you have a belly that needs that extra room, you're golden. I instantly ordered another color. They came the next day! Love the pants, they are very comfortable and the color is amazing. My only complaint is that they run small definitely not a l/xl. I’m tall 5’8 with curves.
