Whoever said it was not as tall as advertised, must not have extended the adjustable part of the pole. Stable with a good, heavy base. Feels sturdy but longevity remains to be seen. I appreciate the included harp and bulb. The shade looks surprisingly good and it's easy to assemble. However in my opinion the 15x15x8 drum shade is too wide for this style and size lamp. I'm very happy with this floor lamp. It's very pretty, contemporary and fills my need for extra living room lighting. It was an inexpensive solution and it looks great. I'd prefer a brighter bulb, but it's ok for now. I recommend this lamp.

The lamp is beautiful, sturdy, exactly as described online, incredibly well-packaged, easy to put together, and even came with a lightbulb. Remarkable when so many items like this have to be returned these days because something is missing, broken or just a huge disappointment. This is not 65”. I’m 62” and it shorter than me. Was packaged terribly, foam in a million pieces. But sturdy lamp. The size was such a disappointment though, very underwhelmed. But the look is great if size doesn’t matter to you.
