Great value for the price!!! We were so impressed with the way the items were package inside each box with care. Our set was not damaged.The 5 piece set comes in 2 boxes. The chairs, cushions and little side table w/glass in 1 box. The 2nd box has the ottomans and cushions. However I could see how the box for the chairs could come damaged. The box for the chairs and cushions was very bulky and oversized, not to mention it weighed quite a lot. I have included pictures of the 2 boxes and the pieces. Unfortunately I forget to take pictures before we took everything out. The directions were included and the handy tool to put the bolts and screws etc were on a piece of cardboard shrink-wrapped. This does this take about 2.5 hours and it was relatively easy. the above shows the ottoman and cushion. The wicker appears to be plastic or resin which should be sturdy. The only question for us - was how do the cushions on the ottoman stay in place? I went back to the site to look at all the pictures. In the listing of JOMEED it had pictures of the features and it did I show how to attach the cushions. I included the picture from them here for easier viewing on how to insert the little plastic hooks to tie down the cushions. We are putting set out by the pool, if we aren't out there using them I will take in. I saw some reviews that were upset about the discoloration. ( the price is a great value for $238.00 + shipping of this set) I do realize the set doesn't state fabric is sun umbrella or that it is scotch guarded. the items we have had with those have been able to withstand a summer in the hot sun. Can't wait to try this out!

They were not included in the original delivery, but after communicating countless times, he redeemed himself by sending me the missing hardware and instructions. I received them three weeks later. A lot of assembly 1 hour 50 minutes, follow the instructions it seems to be pretty good only time will tell good price I like the arms on this one better than the tall thick ones the pillows were packaged in the backs of the chairs, it left creases we'll see if they go away over all it seems good.

My boys and I ordered this for my wife for Mother's Day and she loves it. It is very comfortable and only took a couple of hours to assemble. Had an issue initially with a damaged component, but the company corrected it courteously and promptly. After the first heavy rain, decided to get a nice cover for it. Highly recommend.

Update I've reached out to the seller and Amazon asking for help with the issue. Asking for either new cushions or a discount so I can purchase new cushions. Seller told me if I was unhappy I could sell or give it to my family and friends. Amazon said 3rd party seller so there is nothing they can do for me. But yet I purchased the set from their site.. Short of taking the entire thing (12pieces) apart, finding shipping boxes and shipping it back there is nothing I can do. I just put my set together and it's cute but the cushions are very thin and not comfortable at all.. Once you sit on it they flatten completely out as if they are not even there.
