When it came, itt was fully charged & it was ready to go. I’m not sure about how long it holds a charge. The kids have only been inside. They really love it & Im planning on buying another one. I had read so many bad reviews that I went ahead & bought extra insurance.

I bought these for Christmas for my boys, and They were calibrated twice and charged and disconnected as instructed to conserve battery life. They last no more than 20 min. I tried asking for an exchange on the product and the seller told me to record and re calibrate and send him a video . I was not asking for my money back just an exchange as this one is not working correctly. My kids are very disappointment and I am even more. HORRIBLE purchase DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I bought this Hoverboard for my 2 sons ages 6 and 8 for Christmas. It was well loved for the 4 days that they got to use it. One of the wheels will no longer spin and it and the power off/ on button no longer works. Very dissappointed in this product & hoping the company will allow us a total refund as returns are not allowed on this product. Something I did not know before I purchased. Do not waste your money on this!

My kids LOVE this thing! The directions to calibrate it are kind of confusing, but once we got it figured out, it was a breeze. The kids (10 & 6) mastered it by that night. The battery life isn’t great, but it doesn’t slow them down much.

Idk what happen but I got my governors for Christmas and it was great but now it won’t turn off and one of the wheels are stuck and light won’t turn off and the other is not stop going way to fast and won’t charge and I did That balancing thing and it’s getting hot and I can not turn if off
