These chairs were surprising at this price. There was assembly but I probably got all four together by myself in two hours. The most difficult part of assembly was getting the packing material off. They were almost too well protected but never complain about that. As I said, very well protected and the instructions and supplies were well done. For sure don't tighten all the bolts until everything is assembled to make life easier. I found the chairs very sturdy and well constructed. They are comfortable for me at 5'10" but I gave them 4 stars because comfort will vary and I can see for a shorter person the seat may be back a little far. The cushions are not super thick or super thin so if you like a firm cushion or a very soft cushion it may affect comfort. I suspect they were doing the middle road. Overall great purchase, look nice, feel sturdy and comfortable, and are not awful to assemble.

First let me say these outdoor patio chairs look amazing on our deck with our new fire table. Really perfect for our application. Just what we wanted. Arms, seating cushions, strength. Assembly was a bit arduous, taking 45 minutes for the first one then when I got wise, I took to building the next 3 on the table top And those only took only about 30 minutes each. As I assembled I was able to note details about potential longevity issues. First the wicker at the the edge being worn through was evident out of the box (see pic). It was just this one corner. Probably due to storing or shipping. Then as I moved along I noted the lightest rust on some of the welded joints. As I left these out in 3 days of rain following my assembly I noted slightly more of the light rust. Still in all acceptable at this price point. I see a future where I may need to sand and paint these. Hopefully that's a long way off. Overlooking that, we're very happy!!

Nice but height dimension was incorrect from the ad to actual height once assembled . That’s disappointing as I was looking for a certain height so the company or Amazon needs to be better

Comfortable and sturdy. One chair back had a little damage when it arrived. I contacted JOIVI directly and received a response quickly. The customer service was excellent. They shipped a new chair back right away. Great value for the price.
