It works great! Smaller than I thought it was going to be but still works! Worth the money for sure. Very simple to use works with #2/0 wire perfectly. The wire is almost to big but still fits. Only bad part is the plastic lid will not sit on the top properly once there is wire in because the set screw sticks up like you can see in the picture. ... show more

has mounting holes!!! used to step down 4gauge to 8gauge with no issues. just make sure you use a properly sized smaller fuse for the 8 gauge wire. remember, fuses protect wires from causing a fire.
