I bought this for my granddaughter and grandson-in-law for their newborn. It came very well packaged. My grandson-in-law said installation was easy. This is their first child and he was nervous about getting it installed correctly but said the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Once it was time to bring baby home the nurses escorting them to their car with their newborn told them they had the best carseat for their daughter. They are familiar with many cars eats and consider this one to be the best. It really made them feel good about their choice, because I found it and sent them a link to it for their approval before purchasing. They read all the previous reviews, researched it and the company for it's safety, and made their decision. They love that it's a 4 in 1 and the only carseat they will need for their daughter throughout her childhood, and that it is top of the line with it's stability and safety features. The versatility in stages of growth, the padding and cupholders, all the way to the way it is set up to support the head of their newborn are all pluses.
