I was using bar shampoo ans conditioner for a while because I thought it was helping my hair and I like that it didn't put more plastic waste into the environment. It was destroying my hair though and I needed to go back to bottled shampoo and conditioner. I needed something with a lot of moisture to help fix my dry hair and this stuff has helped. I have very curly dry damaged hair and this has made my hair more manageable again.
