One of the best hair conditioners out there. Love love love love love love. Makes my long hair very manageable and soft. Protip, put it in your hair at night before you go to bed and let it soak in all night. Wow in the morning your hair's so soft.

I read an article on the overnight serums that seemed to promise having your hair look less frizzy and messed up when you wake up in the morning. Most of them were expensive (Crown Affair, $58) so I did some looking around and decided to try Joico's version ($29 and free shipping). My hair is wavy and will tend to curls if treated right, but when I blow it out inevitably overnight it frizzes out and doesn't hold the blow out. Half wavy and half straight and never in the "oh that's so cute" version you could imagine. I've used Joico Defy Damage for about 2 weeks. Putting it on the ends, and middle of my strands but not the scalp/roots and brushing my hair right before bed. My DIY blowouts have been holding up for 2-3 days. Just get up and brush my hair and go. That is not normal and the only thing that changed was using this at night. It may not look like I just had my hair done, but it's close and I haven't had to just shove my hair into a clip to get by an extra day. Big fan. Will keep using. ... show more
