I initially bought the wrong size, so I’d definitely recommend measuring your space and the projection area before purchasing to make sure you get the right fit. That said, if you need a 100-inch screen, this one does the job perfectly. The image looks clear, it pulls down smoothly, and it feels sturdy once mounted. Great value and works exactly as expected.

The ZENY 100-inch pull-down screen is a great addition to my setup. The size is perfect for movies, gaming, or presentations, and the 16:10 ratio works really well for both widescreen and standard content. The screen material gives a clear, bright picture with good color and contrast, much better than projecting directly onto a wall. The pull-down mechanism is smooth and easy to use, and the build feels sturdy enough for regular use. It’s lightweight and fairly simple to mount, so setup didn’t take long at all. Very good purchase. Well packaged and shipped for such a long item. It is good quality construction and is made from nice materials. The mechanics of pulling the screen down and back up work easily. Visually it is a big improvement over the soft screen I had previously. This was a bit hard for one person to hang because it is on the heavy side and the two screws have to be exactly the right distance apart. A little more patience and it was easily resolved. When the screen is rolled up the metal piece looks good on the wall. Glad I got white not black for this. The whole reason for going to a projection experience was to get rid of the huge black monolith of a tv screen.

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but this screen turned out way better than I hoped. The picture looks super clear and bright, and it really makes movie nights feel like a mini theater at home. It’s lightweight, easy to set up, and the pull-down part works smooth every time. I’ve used outside and it looks great. Folds up easy too when I’m done. For the price, it’s honestly a steal. If you’re thinking about getting one, just do it you won’t regret it

My experience with ZENY was extremely disappointing. ZENY sold me a defective projection screen right out of the box, and the return process was unnecessarily difficult. Instead of resolving the issue directly, the seller repeatedly pushed partial refund offers that did not match the situation. I was also asked multiple times for additional photos, even after the defect was already clearly shown, which made the process feel like delay tactics rather than a real effort to resolve the problem. Communication throughout was slow, unhelpful, and often dismissive. What should have been a simple return turned into a drawn-out back-and-forth with no straightforward resolution from the seller. Thankfully, Amazon stepped in and handled the situation properly. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before purchasing from ZENY. If something goes wrong, do not expect a smooth or fair resolution. I will not be purchasing from this seller again.
