My hair felt/looked like I wasn't rinsing all the conditioner out of my hair no matter how much rinsing I'd do. I figured out my issue was product buildup. Bought this shampoo, and after one use the issue was gone! It's also made my hair so much softer, and stronger. Couldn't recommend this enough! You should only use this once every few weeks at max, it can be damaging to hair after that level of use. Great for getting build up off of hair and scalp which will in turn make hair easier to style and treat. I use it once every 4-8 weeks.

This is a great shampoo if you don't have an oily scalp like I do. I will say, I do like using this shampoo after I have gone swimming to get all the chlorine out but I follow it up with a clarifying shampoo because it doesn't quite give me the clean I desire. I have issues with sebum build up and some shampoos just can't clean it. This is one of the ones that can't. It's okay though. It's nice to just remove chlorine or metals from my hair. I just need something else to complete the job.

The shampoo I was using for a while left a lot of buildup on my hair. At a certain point, my hair just didn't feel like it was getting clean anymore. I used this product and it took all of that nastiness out of my hair easily. I was really impressed with how well it worked. I used it a couple of days before coloring my hair and I think it made a big difference in how well the color took.
