The overall look of this fountain is great. The problem we had was that the fountain arrived with no wiring for the LED lights. Two of us each inspected the inside of the fountain for the light cord and there was none. We decided to keep the fountain instead of returning it as it's too much of a hassle to do returns. But one of the reasons we picked that particular fountain was for the lighting, so it's a disappointment. The fountain works great but, as others have said, it's quite loud. Adjusting the flow on the pump made no difference at all. We wound up putting river rocks in the bowls and and the sound is fine now. ... show more

    • Great Fountain!
I have had this fountain for a little over two weeks. We have it outside on our front porch, and my "home office" window opens up to the porch. It is a perfect fountain for this area. Very soothing, and just the right size. Unfortunately, it came without the light assembly and bulbs. I contacted the seller, and they sent a package to me that did NOT contain anything resembling a light assembly and bulbs. This is why the 4 stars. On the flip side, I am not using it at night, so the light assembly is not necessary for me to enjoy it. A note to everyone who wishes this came with an on/off switch. My husband purchased a remote control so that I can operate the fountain from indoors and do not need to go outside to plug it in every time I want to use it! It is the perfect solution! If I could give it 4.5 stars, I would. It is the seller I was not satisfied with. Update: the Seller makes me laugh. I guess talking about the light assembly AND the bulbs being missing in my original shipment only netted me the bulbs which I received today. Still no light assembly. I am mystified by how only a portion of my review was read. SEND THE LIGHT ASSEMBLY PLEASE! Thank you :) ... show more

We set up our fountain and found out it was previously damaged and leaking from the bottom. Lamps Plus made things right and sent us a replacement. Easy to assemble and we like the fountain.

    • Pump went out after only 1 month - UPDATE
Would have given it 5 stars as we loved it. But sadly the pump went out already, we have only had it one month and made sure we used distilled water and kept the water level always where it should be. We are VERY disappointed! Contacted the seller through Amazon and they responded immediately and sent us a new pump. EXCELLENT customer service!! We do LOVE the fountains! Definitely 5 stars. ... show more

    • pump not running consistently
Very nice looking piece however after 3 months the pump has to be removed each use in order to get it to run. I take a paperclip to move the blade and it usually will work. This is very inconvenient. I have tried all the troubleshooting recommendations. I am waiting to see if the company offers me a free replacement pump. ... show more

    • Lovely Fountain
We've been using this fountain for many months outside, and recently brought it in for the winter. Rather than putting in storage, I decided to set it up in our Sunroom, which made my wife very happy. It is nice to sit out there reading, and hear the fountain in the background. The one nit I have is with the length of the drains from the top to the middle bowl, and middle to lower bowl. Being as short as they are some of the water tends leak out and gather on top of the pedestals then run down the outside and drip on the floor. A few strategically placed drops of clear silicone remedied that issue, and now any escaping water simply flow down the inside of the pedestals and into the bottom bowl; meaning no more damp stone floor. ... show more

    • Nice fountain but assembly & maintenance difficult.
Nice fountain when assembled. Water flow very relaxing. Would have given 5 stars, however, very difficult to get pump and light cord hooked up through very little opening. No way to see water level in reserve. Would be better if it had a clear window in back to see water level to be sure pump is completely submerged. ... show more

    • Impressive design
We like our fountain very much. It is very quiet (almost too quiet). Nice addition to our deck, we replaced an old fountain that we had for years. We would suggest an additional light on top in the ball.
