I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. it makes my very fine hair feel so thick and full. I find the price point on here is usually better than in stores as well. Does not make my hair feel dirty or greasy at all, I spray it all over damp hair. (Very damp hair, that is). The first couple times I used it I could definitely feel a difference in the texture of my hair but i got used to it after a few uses. Some people may not like the feeling but it does not bother me. I washed my hair yesterday and it’s still clean this morning . The top however was soft and flat. I wet just the top to try this product for the first time. I didn’t have much hope to be honest aa my hair is thinning and fine and hadn’t been freshly washed though clean. Let me tell you!! Buy this! My hair looked so thick on top and wasn’t sticky or gunky or dry! My hair curled great with the flat iron and I pulled the back up. It looks like I just shampooed my hair and fixed it and ita got the full was I want! I’m so happy that I found this product. It’s lightweight and the scent is light and clean. I have been using the shampoo and conditioner along with this spray. My hair is very thin and fine. This spray works well as do the other products. My concern was that the products would actually weigh my hair down, but they didn't. This spray filler works very well by adding volume and holding my hair in place. It does not cause any problems with my scalp like some I have used. I haven't used it long enough to know if it will help with hair growth, but my hair no longer has split ends, it feels soft, and the loss of hair appears to have lessened. The only reason I downgraded the spray by one star, is because I have a lot of trouble pushing the pump apparatus so I can easily apply the spray. This is related to my arthritic fingers, so if one does not have any arthritis there should not be a problem. ... show more

So I received my package and was so excited for this product to make hair look thicker ! So product smells wonderfully but unable to use cause the sprayer doesn’t work ! I have messed with pump and press and it just goes down and won’t release any product . Some pump on sprayer doesn’t work but I did rub through hands and it seems like product would work .. just bad product of manufacturing ... show more

I think this works quite well. I do not have prior product knowledge to compare this too, have noticed some say it doesn’t work as well & has a funky smell but I think it works fine. It also smells good too. Maybe some got an old outdated batch or possibly theirs had been stored improperly in high heat? I’m a former stylist so I have used my fair share of products over the years. I’ve gotten used long ago to using different products for different things, like this product for example provides a decent thickening effect but not much hold so I use a spray gel, mousse or something w/hold with it. I also use a leave in conditioner as I have curly semi frizzy hair that is not super thick. I think the additional products also help add texture to my hair. As with everything it will react differently on everyone so try to base your decisions of reviews from people who have hair like yours. I would say this would be a good product for anyone with thin hair regardless if it is straight or curly & the diameter of each piece of hair is fine to regular. ... show more

    • Does not thicken individual hair strands at all
The hairs at the front of my head have thinned due to aging as well as continually pulling my hair back. Also I put my reading glasses on the top of my head all the time so those hairs can break when I reach for my glasses. I got bangs recently to try and help and then I wanted to try this product on my bangs to see if it would make them look thicker. I tried a few times and this product did NOT make the individual hair strands look any thicker. The only things it did were to make the follicles on the hairs sit down a little more (although many other products do this better) and it made the hairs get slightly stiff and stick to each other so they appeared a little thicker (a much cheaper product from any drug store can accomplish this exact same result). So as far as a thickener I am giving this 1 star. Maybe it works for heat protection but that is not what I bought it for. I tried to return the item but it was not allowed - annoying! ... show more

Literal gold in a bottle for fine hair. I have a lot of hair, but the strands are fine and damaged from dyeing. I love voluminous hair, so I use this for heat protection and styling, and WOW, the difference is real. My hair looks thick, full of volume, and sleek when I use this. A little goes a long way.
