I have the worst hair. Its not curly, its not wavy, definitely not straight. Waves are all in different shape amd very thick. And cruncy. Yes you heard right. Crunchy. I have tried many many different brands. Saloon recommendations, best moisture brands. Expensive one and cheap ones. I saw this and I said why not try? I actually bought this because I have used one John Frieda product before and liked it. In the quest to find a regular-use shampoo that didn't dry the scalp, I landed back here. In two weeks, my scalp feels great and it also feels like my hair is back to life again. I paired this with the matching John Frieda conditioner, both of which I use three times a week. I alternate this product with its sibling, the John Frieda Straightening Shampoo (not a daily moisturizer). I didn't buy this product for its anti-frizz properties, as my hair is not of that nature. This is my favorite shampoo, but I can't find it in stores anymore. I love the way it smells, and it softens my course hair like no other shampoo (and I've tried plenty and wasted a lot of money).

I like this shampoo, but I do not love it. I was looking for a shampoo that would give my hair body, but shampoo while it makes my hair shiny and manageable does not give body.
