Great livingroom set! I got the love seat, couch and 2 recliners! All came so fast, like in 3 days! It was very easy to put together. You think you are missing pieces at first but they are u see the base of the seats and you have to also unzip the bottoms and there are some pieces in there also. The back cushions are vacuumed sealed so it took about 2-3 days for them to get good and fluffed out. I have very happy with this seat. It doesn’t hurt my back when I sit for awhile. My favorite part is that the material feels like a soft blanket! Soooo cozy!! I did originally buy the couch without the middle console but then I decided I wanted it and to messaged the seller and they were able to get it to me and sent me a link to purchase, it was here a few days later and I couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase and customer service! ... show more

Every single part came & came early & properly labeled, SUPER easy to put together, comes with tools (just need a Phillips screw driver) and detailed instructions. The material is so soft, doesn’t look cheap quality at all which can be a concern, it really makes my living room look fabulous! Customer service was prompt and helpful (and spoke English) when I emailed being curious about having all of the boxes I needed. So I bought 2 couches, I didn’t pay attention to the item photos showing how many boxes each order comes with, so I received 5 boxes (2 days after ordering which was fast!) and was concerned that I didn’t have everything so I reached out. Turns out my total # of boxes coming was 8 and I received the remaining 3 boxes the next day & put everything together! Best money spent in a long time! ... show more
