Description

The GripTight PRO TelePod from Joby is a telescoping tripod designed for smartphones, mirrorless cameras, point & shoot cameras, 360° cameras, action cameras, and GripTight phone/tablet mounts or video lights. With a telescoping distance of 13.5 to 31", this handheld tripod/vlogging stick supports devices up to 2.2 lb using a 1/4"-20 connection and provides four operational modes for increased versatility, including Hand Grip, Extended Grip, Elevated Grip, and Tabletop Tripod. For greater stability on uneven surfaces or in high winds, the legs click-set into three positions or flatten completely. Included are a Cold Shoe PRO mount, a pin joint mount, and a long thumbscrew. So that shots may be captured from a distance, a Bluetooth Impulse remote shutter is also included.

I needed an easy to transport tripod/iphone holder as well as for use in home office video calls, and this fit the bill, with one limitation I will address at the end. Needed a tripod for iPhone for the many Zoom and WebEx conferences we are attending (professional and personal). This one fit our needs perfectly. It is easy to set up, very sturdy, and does not require a lot of space on the desk. It even has the ability to take pics via one touch remote. So we are pleased with our purchase!     • A Good Buy, But Not Perfect
This is a good, solid photography tool for your iPhone. I like that it's relatively light, easy to convert to a mini-tripod, and has a remote shutter button. It's fairly durable with a rubber grip when using it handheld. A couple of things to keep in mind. The strap is large, but it's placement isn't the best because, if you're not careful and don't slide it to the side, the tripod won't be level. Also, it holds the phone firmly when it's out of the case, but I'm accident proof so I have a thin case I leave on. With the case on, I have to adjust the position of the phone more often because it's not a snug enough fit. Other than those minor complaints, it's a good product.     • Love this desktop tripod!
I had to film a video while sitting at my desk. This tripod worked great and was very stable. I was easily able to mount my phone and film with ease. Worked perfectly and I am very happy. I highly recommend this tripod.

the tripod’s quality is just fine, the griptight mount phone holder is not much good for me. it keeps on loosened up, phone not really secured.. you better use the joby smart griptight phone holder, much more secured. i am also much disappointed on the packaging. the item wasnt bubble wrapped to think, it will be shipped internationally. just only plastic pouch used by the seller. it end up, the box.. was damaged and full of dents. The box was also not sealed as brandnew. It was previously opened before they shipped out. ... show more

I mis looked that this is a refurbished item! Nevertheless, it should be working as new as stated! The pole when extended, collapses even before you put your phone on and it is a disastrous when you do. I came with a dilapidated box, rip-off item container, and it does not come with a users manual! How would how how parts work or assembled? I believe that the product is good, it's a Joby after all. I an just disappointed with the vendor selling an item that is already a Returned Item. They should refurbished it, as stated, and it should be working as it should be before selling it. ... show more

it took me a while to put the unit together , as i could not find instructions to do so. once, i did, the tripod holds the iPhone well and steady. it came with a remote but it ca easily become detached. if you purchase suggest to keep the remote separate no t on the tripod. but overall i like it.
