First I'll tell you what these aren't. They WON'T magically make your everyday shoes static dissipating or ESD safe. What they WILL do is work with your current ESD safe shoes while providing added comfort. I work in high tech manufacturing and am required to wear ESD shoes. My shoes had minimal cushion and no arch support. Every night after work the arches on my feet ached! I purchased these so size (so no annoying trimming like other insoles), pulled out my original insoles, and inserted these in my shoes. It took a couple days to get used to the new arch support. They seem to have some added cushion, but mainly they have great arch support! My feet don't hurt anymore with these! Every day my shoes have tested ESD safe by our test equipment at the factory. If you have ESD shoes with poor support, I highly recommend these insoles.

I stand for my entire 8 hour shift working in a window & door production facility and needed something to help with foot fatigue. These worked great for about 6 months but I can definitely tell they are worn down. I will be trying out different makes of insoles just to see what else is out there but I would recommend these

I have lower back problems and work on concrete for a minimum of 9 hours a day and these insoles are a godsend. My foot is a size 10.5 and I usually wear a size 11 in shoes. I did have to cut them down slightly to fit my size 11 Timerlands. These insoles are a huge improvement over the insoles that came with my shoes. They supply more then enough cushion. They support my heel and help me pivot better when I didn't even think I was having issues. Then finally the arch support is slightly higher then I need but because the support is not made of hard plastic my feet have broken in the insoles and fit great now after one week. These are quality insoles. I have tried a handful of other brands of insoles with Dr. Scholls being only slightly better then the insoles that came with the shoes. These blow those away. I will buy these again.

I've ordered these insoles 3 times over the last year. Generally they last me a good 4-6 months, considering I work for the post office and walk about 10-12 miles a day. However my most recent pair only lasted a month before the fabric tore away from the rest of the insole of the left, the right is still fine. The seller lists 100% guarantee, but there's no option to fulfill it or request a review for it. Or details of the guarantee. Everyone uses this phrase to loosely.

I just want to start by saying I bought an insole that was a size too small. I had multiple knee, ankle and back injuries throughout high school playing football and wrestling and I'm really starting to feel them as I work my 10+ hour shifts in a kitchen. The insoles on my employer-provided work boots are just absolutely terrible, no cushioning or support whatsoever. I put these bad boys in my boots and I'm shocked! I feel like I'm standing on a frikin cloud. Mind you this WAS the wrong size and it did slip around later on during the two shifts I worked with them on. The company contacted me about my experience with their product, so I told Ann from the Footmatters Team that I had ordered the wrong size by mistake (I was already planning on leaving a good review, but THIS BLEW me away) Ann told me "I am happy to help you with this issue. What size shoe do you wear?" Two days later I have the correct size and it seems she even upgraded me to the newer insoles!! Free of charge!! I'll definitely be back to buy more when these wear out! honestly hate these insoles just like another pair of JobSite work boot insoles i bought to try out they are so small width wise my pink toe and the side of my foot hang off the outside edge of the insole and it can touch the footbed of my boot i know my feet are a little wider than standard size but my work boots are standard US 9 1/2 yet these insoles don't even cover the bottom of the footbed i seriously don't know what kind of work boots these would fit but definitely not mine also i don't know how everyone else's feet are but these arch supports are about 1~2 inches too far forward for my arch so it would just be digging into the back of the ball of my foot and not cradling my arch at all one more thing... wtf is up with this plastic why would i want plastic cupping my heel covered by a tiny bit of foam seems f***ing idiotic to me well can't even try them cuz they aren't even big enough for my boots didn't turn in your final, you get an F

I work for the railroad and I’m on my feet all day & every type of surface from black top to ballast & if you’re curious ballast is rocks about the size of a big grown man and concrete. The surfaces are all uneven plus climbing up & down locomotives, we have to wear steeltoe boots . I’ve really bad feet my heals are badly calloused. Just about everyday by lunch time I’m in so much pain it’s practically unbearable. Ive tried so many boot inserts & had arches made from a foot doctor & they still didn’t help all that much my feet still hurt before the end of the day. I purchased these job site inserts made by footmatters & oh my god my feet didn’t hurt at ALL today so I highly recommend these & @ a great price I’ve even tried Dr. Schol’s machine to get the right inserts well guess what they don’t hold a candle to these. You won’t be one bit disappointed @ all with these inserts
