  • The worst product I have ever bought on Amazon.
Do not buy this product. I read reviews before I purchased and saw some bad reviews but wanted to take a chance because the price point was so low but now I know why. This product does not function. I received it fresh from the factory brand new, set it up per instructions, filled it, and immediately got an E5 error message. I followed instructions that came in the box to diagnose and it did not work. I then scoured the internet and nothing worked. I spent hours diagnosing and quality control testing and kept getting the same E5 error message, the heating element is defective. I contacted customer service and received a replacement pump in about a week. I hooked that one up and this time I got a different error message, an E6 message. I followed the diagnostic help in the owners manual included in the box and nothing worked. I then scoured the internet again and nothing worked. In the manual it says that the problem is debris in the filter. This product is brand new out of the box with a brand new filter, sparkling clean water, and no debris. It just plain does not work. I’ve now spent 3 weeks, over $400, 500 gallons of water filling, draining, and refilling the device to diagnose, and 6 hours of my time trying to make it work. Do not waste your time or money. Spend the extra $100 for a better quality product. ... show more

  • Great seller
I bought the avenging 800 57 inch. The one with the geometric shapes on the outside. I had a few issues, 1. I was missing the the foot pad that haste straps that hold down the lid, and a leak were the filter intake is. This seller has been really responsive and sent replacement parts. I have to give this seller many kudos for customer service. Products can have issues, that is a given. But the customer service is where the rubbermeets the road. Without the service I have been given, I was ready to send the unit back. Now onto why I chose this model. I have had 5 inflatable tubs since the pandemic. I have had different issues. The first one, the pump stopped working. I repaired it a few times, but eventually it died. The next 3 had an a part failure. On many of these blow ups, there is a vent towards the top in er wall. That vent has a tube in the wall that connects to tube near one of the pump filter housings. The tube in the inner wall is made of a low quality plastic. When, not if, that tube breaks, water fills up inflatable wall cavity. And air in the wall leaks out via that tube. This model DOES NOT have that issue. The vent does not exist. I really think that is going to help this tub last much longer. ... show more

  • Very poorly made
The pump made a rattling sound as soon as I plugged it in. It displayed all kinds of crazy temperature readings and barely heated the water until it completely died. Customer service, however, was good. They sent me a new pump for free. It worked a little better but died in about a week. They told me to send it back for a refund, which I am doing. The tub was too small anyway. My wife and I are not big people, but we were still cramped. This is the third inflatable hot tub I have owned and the only one to perform this poorly. Spend a few more dollars if you have to, but avoid this total piece of junk. ... show more

  • Great Little Spa for The Price
We have had our spa set up for 3 weeks now and we love it! It is perfect for 2 adults and with a blue solar spa cover it heats it from 86 to between 95-97 during the day. We put the heater on in the evening to get it up to 100. After using a standard extension cord we upgraded to a 10 gauge cord and it has really improved the pump’s efficiency. We also maintain the chemical levels and keep the tub clean. First time we filled it it took a lot 12 hours to heat it up to 100 from the hose water. ... show more

  • Great for pets
I have fur babies and they shed. Roberta as I call her has made my life much easier. I just push the button and she does the cleaning. No more getting out the sweeper. She goes to work each day and returns when needing charged..Just stay out of her way.

  • Great hot tub has E5 issues (pic shows fix for the famous E5 error)
Start off, when we got this back in 2022 setup was SUPER simple, and worked amazing out of box. Takes about 2 days to warm up (on a colder day) and maxes at 104. I was hesitant on buying this because of all the E5 error reviews I saw but took the chance. Wife and I used this probably 4 months straight even when temps were -4s etc and the tub managed to work and keep temps. Fast forward sometime in February the hot tub got the dreaded E5 error, and thought it was end of life. I tried draining, and nothing really seemed to have fix it, but was already passed the return window and just couldn't bring myself to trashing it. Fast forward again to a few days ago, while grilling outside I thought man there had to be something I could do to fix this, contacted the seller which directed me to the manufacture, upon emailing them they provided me with the pdf (images I uploaded for this review) on how to fix this, upon hitting the reset, my hot tub is working again. (Thank goodness). 2 days now of it working, tub is at 104 easily. ... show more
